Job Information Job Description Planning and preparing meals in accordance with crew schedules and preferences Managing inventory and ordering supplies within budget constraints Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of galley equipment and utensils Implementing and adhering to health and safety protocols Inspecting ingredients for quality and freshness Recording and maintaining temperature logs for refrigerated storage systems Accommodating crew members’ dietary restrictions and allergies Preparing for and executing special events and celebrations on board Skills and Qualifications:   ·         Minimum of 24 months' experience on the same vessel type and rank. ·         Applicants must have international experience. ·         All documents must be on hand and valid. .         With experience trading in European water.  .        Preferably with valid Schengen Visa.    Benefits to be discuss
