Saudi Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Saud has unveiled Eleven Energy, a newly established global bunkering firm.

The venture is set to support Saudi Arabia’s broader energy goals on the world stage, marking the Kingdom’s official entry into the international marine fuels and bunkering sector. The company aims to distinguish itself through innovation, operational dependability, and a forward-looking expansion strategy.

Leading day-to-day operations is Chris Todd, a seasoned UK-based professional in the bunkering space. With more than two decades of expertise in both physical supply and global trading, his resume includes key roles at Chemoil, Soyuz, and Delta Energy.

Eleven Energy plans to deliver full-service physical fuel supply capabilities, while forging strategic partnerships across global shipping and energy markets.
