JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW : A third engineer on a cruise ship is responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and repair of the vessel's engine room machinery and auxiliary systems, including main engines, generators, and boilers. Key duties include performing watchkeeping, supervising junior staff, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and assisting the second engineer with daily tasks and maintenance
