Mein Schiff Flow to Debut Six-Year Wine and Culture Program
TUI Cruises has announced that its new “Wine & Culture” experience will be introduced aboard the Mein Schiff Flow, offering guests a blend of fine wines, opera, and culinary experiences.
Beginning next year and for the subsequent six years, passengers will be able to enjoy a program that combines exclusive wine tastings, live opera performances, and a specially curated wine and culture dinner that has been developed in partnership with the Skoff winery.
The experience will be led by Walter Skoff, fourth-generation winemaker and head of the Styrian family-owned Skoff Original winery, together with his wife, Eva Skoff-Liebau, an Austrian opera singer and trained sommelier.
Guests sailing on the “Highlights of the Western Mediterranean” itinerary in March 2027 will have the opportunity to join a guided wine tasting hosted by Skoff, who will share the background, production methods, and philosophy behind his wines.
Another centerpiece of the program is the Wine & Culture Dinner, where guests will enjoy a specially prepared meal accompanied by stories from the hosts, while Skoff-Liebau performs an opera concert in the ship’s theater.
TUI Cruises said the collaboration will introduce a new culinary experience on every voyage throughout the six-year partnership.
The program expands on the existing collaboration surrounding L’aria Sauvignon Blanc Ried Oberkranachberg Südsteiermark DAC, which was first unveiled aboard Mein Schiff 7 in February. Each bottle features a QR code linking guests to an aria performed by Eva Skoff-Liebau.
Over the course of the partnership, six limited-edition Sauvignon Blanc vintages from the Oberkranachberg vineyard, covering the 2024 through 2029 harvests, will be made available on board. Production of each vintage will be limited to 1,700 bottles, with 600 bottles from every release reserved exclusively for sale across the Mein Schiff fleet.
In the final year of the program, Skoff-Liebau will perform all six featured arias during a special concert, with each piece paired alongside its corresponding wine. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase all six vintages as a limited-edition collection.
The “Wine & Culture” experience will be available during the nine-night “Highlights of the Western Mediterranean” sailing, departing roundtrip from Palma de Mallorca between March 22 and 31, 2027. The itinerary includes calls at Barcelona in Spain, La Spezia and Civitavecchia in Italy, and Ajaccio in Corsica, France.
Prices begin at €1,719 per person for a balcony cabin and €1,399 per person for an inside cabin, based on double occupancy under the PRO fare, which includes Mein Schiff Premium services and a €130 early booking discount for reservations made by July 31, 2026.
