AIDA Renames Repositioning Cruises as “Time-Out Voyages”

AIDA Cruises has rebranded its repositioning sailings as “Time-Out Voyages” for a program running through fall 2026 and spring 2027.

The schedule covers Western Europe, transatlantic crossings, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and southern Africa. Five ships from AIDA’s 11-vessel fleet are included, with voyages repositioning vessels to and from the cruise line’s Northern European homeports.

The new name is being used for longer seasonal itineraries that feature more time at sea and combinations of ports outside AIDA’s usual regional programs.

*AIDAbella *is scheduled to leave Kiel for Barbados on October 25, 2026. The ship will begin its return transatlantic crossing on March 27, 2027, sailing back to Northern Europe. Premium fares start from €3,095 per person for two passengers sharing an inside cabin.

*AIDAperla *will also offer westbound and eastbound Atlantic crossings across the two seasons, with the itineraries featuring calls in the Canary Islands. AIDA has not announced dates or prices for these voyages.

Meanwhile *AIDAmar *will sail a 14-day itinerary from Warnemünde to Mallorca between October 11 and 25, 2026. The voyage will visit A Coruña, Lisbon and Seville before finishing in Palma de Mallorca. Premium fares start at €1,635 per person for a category IA inside cabin based on double occupancy. The advertised fare includes a €300 early-booking-plus discount.

*AIDAprima *will join the program on December 5, 2026, with a 14-day itinerary named “Western Europe Highlights with Morocco.” This cruise combines destinations in the Canary Islands and Morocco with ports along Western Europe before arriving in Kiel. Other Time-Out Voyages include sailings from Antalya to Mallorca and between Namibia and Cape Town.

Finally, *AIDAstella *is scheduled to operate a 29-day Time-Out Voyage between October 22 and November 20, 2026.
