Carnival Cruise Line has introduced a new initiative called Partners in Paradise, designed to give travel advisors an exclusive look at Carnival’s Celebration Key and to showcase opportunities for expanding their business through collaboration with the company.

According to Carnival, participants will gain insider access to the brand’s newest destination, ships, and offerings, while also engaging directly with sales leaders and business development managers.

“Partners in Paradise is more than an event; it’s a hands-on opportunity for travel advisors to see the full scope of what Carnival and Celebration Key offers their clients and their business,” said Janet Wygert, senior vice president of trade sales and marketing at Carnival.

“Our goal is to provide experiences that inspire, educate and drive growth, helping advisors build stronger businesses while delivering unforgettable vacations to their clients,” Wygert added.

Carnival explained in a press release that travel advisors can choose from three-day, two-night sessions during two different weeks — February 23 to March 1, 2026, or March 9 to March 15, 2026.

The $599 package includes round-trip airfare from each participant’s home airport to Freeport, Bahamas, as well as hotel accommodations, local transportation around Freeport and Celebration Key, and a voucher for food and beverage offerings at the destination.

Attendees can also look forward to:

  • Ship tours featuring an exclusive lunch experience
  • Celebration Key and Carnival Funnel Faves mementos
  • A dinner hosted by Carnival’s sales team
  • One-on-one sessions with Carnival representatives to support business development

The launch of Partners in Paradise follows Carnival’s recent Funnel Faves campaign, a program focused on rewarding and educating travel advisors while offering new incentives to strengthen partnerships.

With these initiatives, Carnival said it remains committed to raising the bar in travel advisor support, providing essential tools, insights, and resources to help partners grow their businesses and better serve clients.

Travel advisors interested in participating must meet eligibility requirements, including having completed at least five bookings in the past two years and finishing 10 Learn and Earn courses before applying.
