Grand Voyages Cruise Documentary Debuts on Amazon Prime

“Grand Voyages,” a travel documentary series centered on cruising and developed by Media Sparks Entertainment, has made its debut on Amazon Prime.

The program offers audiences a behind-the-scenes perspective on how ocean cruises, river voyages, yacht trips and expedition sailings around the world are planned and operated.

The three-episode Season One premiered on August 1, 2026, and is currently available to stream on Amazon Prime Video in both the United States and United Kingdom.

We wanted to innovate on the traditional cruise travel series to give viewers an immersive experience – everything from the destinations to the ships to the hard work, dedication and thoughtfulness that goes into each journey,” said series co-creator and producer Stacey Parks.

“Season One just launched and we’re already at work on Season 2, expanding the scope of the series to include yachts and expeditions. We’re excited to bring viewers along on all of these truly spectacular voyages.”

Created and produced by Stacey Parks and Jennifer Scully, “Grand Voyages” combines stories about destinations, famous ships and waterways with exclusive access to areas and operations below deck.

Season One consists of three episodes:

• Episode 1 – “Slow Traveling Venice”: Viewers discover a different way to experience Venice while traveling aboard Uniworld’s La Venezia.
• Episode 2 – “Norwegian Fjords”: The series heads to Norway aboard Holland America Line’s *Rotterdam *for a voyage through the country’s fjords.
• Episode 3 – “Riverside Ravel”: The first season concludes aboard Riverside Ravel with a journey along France’s Rhône and Saône rivers.

Season Two is already in production and is expected to premiere during the fourth quarter of 2026. The upcoming season is set to feature Windstar Legend sailing in Portugal, Spain and France, as well as Roald Amundsen traveling through Alaska’s Inside Passage.
