Norwegian Cruise Line Shares Holiday Thanks with Crew Members

With the holiday season approaching, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has issued a message of gratitude to crew members and island teams across its fleet.

The company expressed appreciation for the dedication, professionalism and teamwork demonstrated throughout the year, noting that many employees spend the holidays at sea and away from their families. Leadership emphasized how essential crew contributions are in delivering memorable guest experiences worldwide.

As a holiday gesture, eligible officers, staff and crew who are onboard or working on the islands as of December 24 will receive a $100 bonus included in their December paycheck.

Although teams are stationed across ships and destinations around the globe, the message highlighted that the holiday spirit unites everyone through a shared purpose, strong collaboration and pride in their daily work.
