Seabourn Opens Bookings for Quest's 138-Day 2029 World Cruise

Seabourn has opened reservations for its 138-day World Cruise in 2029, which will take guests to destinations across several continents.

The Seabourn Quest will operate the “Iconic Islands & Remote Horizons” voyage, sailing from Miami to Lisbon between January 7 and May 26, 2029.

During the journey, the ship will visit 58 destinations across 31 countries and territories. The itinerary will take passengers through the Americas, South Pacific, New Zealand, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, Africa and Europe.

Travelers looking for a shorter voyage will also be able to book a selection of extended segments, with further information expected to be released closer to their launch.

The itinerary combines well-known destinations such as Easter Island, Bora Bora, Zanzibar and Cape Town with locations that are less frequently visited by cruise ships. Among the more remote ports featured are Nuku Hiva in the Marquesas Islands, Praslin in the Seychelles, Antsiranana in Madagascar, Akaroa in New Zealand and Burnie in Tasmania.

The World Cruise includes 20 extended port stays. Eight of these will be overnight visits in Lima, Peru; Easter Island, Chile; Bora Bora, French Polynesia; Bali, Indonesia; Singapore; Sydney, Australia; Zanzibar, Tanzania; and Cape Town, South Africa.

Other extended stays are planned for Cartagena, Auckland, Napier, Melbourne, Portland, Adelaide, Busselton, Fremantle, Colombo, Victoria, Walvis Bay and Las Palmas.

Optional Seabourn Journeys programs will give passengers the opportunity to explore destinations beyond the main cruise itinerary. These include the Galápagos Islands, Machu Picchu, Uluru, the Taj Mahal, Easter Island and African safari destinations.

Guests traveling on the complete World Cruise will also have access to specially arranged shoreside events and immersive land experiences. These include a two-day, one-night Seabourn Journey in Bali featuring private cultural encounters and authentic culinary experiences. An exclusive evening at the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA) in Cape Town, South Africa, is also planned.

Passengers booking the full 138-day voyage will receive a range of premium inclusions. These include shipboard credit, round-trip Business Class flights, a one-night pre-cruise hotel stay in Miami, the two-day, one-night Bali Seabourn Journey and an upgraded Starlink-powered streaming Wi-Fi package for two devices, among other benefits.
