Carnival Magic Expands Premium Dining Options for Guests
Carnival Cruise Line is broadening its range of premium dining menus for guests sailing on the Carnival Magic.
The enhancements are part of the company’s SEA program, with the ship currently operating an adults only casino themed voyage departing from Miami.
In a social media update, Carnival Brand Ambassador John Heald said that every guest onboard is now being offered the expanded menus. He explained that these dishes were originally created for, and limited to, travelers who reached the elite tier of the cruise line’s casino loyalty program.
The “Feast of Feasts” menu features several premium selections at no additional charge, including grilled lobster tail, shrimp cocktail and steak au poivre.
Other featured items include tuna tataki with avocado mousse and seaweed salad, as well as turkey roulade filled with sun dried tomato pesto, cured ham, basil pesto and fresh mozzarella.
The dessert lineup goes beyond Carnival’s classic melting chocolate cake, adding options such as poached pear in cherry wine reduction and Irish cream cheesecake.
Heald noted that the menu offers a dedicated vegan selection and includes gluten free adaptations for most dishes.
In a separate post, he highlighted the introduction of Family Express Menus, now available at lunchtime on select ships.
“Guy’s Burgers remain the king of comfort food, but these new express items are proving very popular,” he said.
These menus include pasta dishes, soups, salads and entrées such as rigatoni with meatballs, minestrone soup, pork ribs and chicken Mirabella.
Guests can also choose from everyday favorites including corn dogs, chicken tenders, French fries and mac ’n’ cheese.
