Cruise Ships Resume Voyages After Hormuz Reopens
Following the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to maritime traffic, six cruise ships that had been delayed in the region are now preparing to return to service.

CelestyalDiscovery was the first cruise vessel to pass through the Strait of Hormuz following the outbreak of conflict in the Middle East.
The ship had remained docked in Dubai since late February before making its transit on Friday. It is expected to restart operations in the Eastern Mediterranean in early May.

Departing from ports in Germany and Denmark, the 4,888-passenger vessel will operate seven-day cruises to the Norwegian Fjords throughout the summer season.
