Fred. Olsen Honors Borealis Crew for August Awards

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has recognized the outstanding commitment of its crew by announcing the August Employees of the Month aboard Borealis. The awards celebrate staff members whose dedication and service help enhance the onboard guest experience.

One of this month’s honorees is Grego Bagayas, who joined the line in March 2022. Now serving as Clearance Coordinator, he has also contributed in accounting and Guest Services. His precision, adaptability, and strong work ethic have earned admiration from both colleagues and leadership.

Arnold Nagrit, an Able Seaman with nearly 20 years at Fred. Olsen, was also recognized. Valued for his steadfast support of guests during tender operations, Nagrit is known for consistently going above expectations and for his approachable, dependable presence.

Completing the trio is John Christopher Pagalanan, a Junior Seafarer in the Engine Department. Despite joining only a year ago, he has already distinguished himself with his reliability, positivity, and teamwork, qualities credited with lifting department morale.

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines emphasized that such recognitions highlight the essential role of its crew, whose dedication behind the scenes ensures a smooth and memorable journey for all guests.
