Kouzon Opens New Cruise Recruitment Office in Georgia

Kouzon Corporation, a global leader in cruise ship recruitment operating across 18 countries on four continents, has announced the launch of a new branch in Georgia. The agency, which partners with major cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, and Viking Cruises, has supported thousands of applicants in securing shipboard careers.

The company officially opened Kouzon Georgia on September 3, 2025, in Batumi, marking its 21st representative office worldwide. The opening ceremony featured meetings between Kouzon representatives and prominent local institutions, including the Georgian Maritime Authorities, Batumi Maritime Academy, the Certification Training Center of the Maritime Academy, Shota Rustaveli State University’s Faculty of Tourism, and the Meridian Seafarer Training Center and Maritime College.

According to Kouzon, the Batumi office will play a pivotal role in promoting both employment and internship opportunities abroad, with a particular focus on cruise ship recruitment and student exchange programs across Europe and the United States. The Georgian branch will work in close coordination with the company’s headquarters in Skopje, Macedonia, to provide consistent support for candidates.
