Princess Cruises Launches Cocktail Book with Rob Floyd

Princess Cruises has revealed the release of “Sip at Sea: A Princess Cruises Cocktail Collection,” created by global mixologist and brand ambassador Rob Floyd.

The new cocktail collection, developed in collaboration with Princess, is now available for purchase on Amazon and across the entire Princess fleet.

“Opening Sip at Sea is like stepping aboard a Princess cruise; each page a new flavor, a fresh breeze and an invitation to escape,” said Sami Kohen, vice president of food and beverage at Princess Cruises.

“Whether hosting or daydreaming of the next voyage, Floyd teaches readers how to shake, stir and sail their way to cocktail perfection,” Kohen added.

Floyd himself described the book as “a passport to the joy, connection and adventure that is part of every Princess sailing,” adding that his goal was for readers to feel like they were on deck, cocktail in hand, savoring both the drink and the moment.

The collection showcases a variety of popular cocktails and mocktails served across the Princess fleet. Each recipe includes:

  • A full-color photo of the finished drink
  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Flavor notes and engaging backstories
  • QR codes linking to video tutorials

Many of the drinks feature Princess’ Love Line Premium Liquors collection.

Floyd, who has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality and mixology world, is also the founder of Rob Floyd Entertainment. He is well known for his role as a resident mixologist and contributor on the TV series Bar Rescue.
