Regent Introduces Azure, a New Mediterranean Dining Venue

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced Azure, a fresh Mediterranean-inspired dining experience that will debut aboard its upcoming ship, the Seven Seas Prestige.
This new specialty restaurant will feature a mezze-style concept, crafted to foster a sense of community through shared dining. Guests can look forward to a variety of dishes—including starters, entrées, and desserts—that celebrate the rich culinary influences of the Mediterranean, drawing inspiration from Europe, Asia, and Africa.
“Cuisine has always been at the heart of the Regent experience, and with Seven Seas Prestige, we are taking our commitment to Epicurean Perfection to an entirely new level,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
“Our talented chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, baristas, waiters, and servers, work tirelessly to craft a culinary journey that is truly Unrivaled at Sea. I’m especially excited to reveal Azure— an innovative and exciting new dining experience that will bring fresh flavors and a bold new concept for Regent guests to enjoy.”
Azure’s ambiance will blend a range of design influences—from the glamour of Art Deco and early 20th-century European elegance to Japanese minimalism and the industrial roots of Chicago—resulting in a refined and immersive atmosphere.
The Seven Seas Prestige will feature multiple dining options, including a collection of specialty restaurants and 11 inclusive venues. Among the highlighted choices are Compass Rose, Prime 7, Pacific Rim, Chartreuse, Sette Mari at La Veranda, and La Veranda. Additional offerings include the Pool Grill, Coffee Connection, and around-the-clock in-suite dining.
As part of the cruise fare, all dining, premium drinks, and gratuities are fully covered. Menus for the specialty venues, including Azure, will be revealed in advance of the ship’s official launch.
