Seabourn has introduced a new series of dining enhancements across its fleet, aimed at further refining the onboard culinary experience.

The updates focus primarily on Seabourn Square and The Colonnade, underscoring the line’s commitment to fresh ingredients, regional influences and continuously evolving menus that reflect the destinations visited.

“At Seabourn, culinary is one of the most meaningful ways we connect guests with the destinations they explore,” said Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn.

“Our enhanced offerings in Seabourn Square and The Colonnade reflect our continued investment in fresh ingredients, regional storytelling and memorable dining moments delivered with warmth and hospitality.”

Seabourn Square has been fully refreshed, offering guests a broader range of freshly prepared hot dishes such as breakfast sandwiches, Roman-style pizza and savory quiches. Coffee service has also been elevated, with beans roasted onboard and specialty drinks available to pre-order through the Seabourn Source app.

In addition, the venue now serves handcrafted gelato prepared by chefs who trained at Italy’s Gelato University.

Dining at Seabourn Square is structured around two service periods: a complete breakfast menu available from 6:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by an all-day menu running from 10:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Meanwhile, The Colonnade’s daytime dining experience has been enhanced with greater chef engagement, more made-to-order options and menus inspired by local flavors from the regions the ships are exploring.

The updated culinary offerings have now been rolled out across the entire Seabourn fleet.
