Carnival Cruise Line announced that guests sailing aboard Carnival Adventure from Sydney and Carnival Encounter from Brisbane will soon have access to two additional dining concepts.

The new venues include Bonsai Sushi Express and the steakhouse Fahrenheit 555, which is already featured on the Australia-based Carnival Splendor and Carnival Luminosa.

“We are delighted to be bringing Fahrenheit 555 to all of our Australia-based ships, so guests can experience Carnival’s signature premium experience no matter where or when they sail with us,” said Anton Loeb, Carnival Cruise Line assistant vice president sales & marketing.

Beginning May 5, Fahrenheit 555 will take the place of Luke’s Bar and Grill on both Carnival Adventure and Carnival Encounter. A new specialty burger venue, Carnival Topside Grill, is also planned to open at a later date.

Carnival said the steakhouse will offer a menu centered on high-quality beef cuts prepared to guests’ preferences, along with seafood options, elevated entrées, starters, and a broad wine selection.

With the recent launch of Bonsai Sushi Express, guests on both ships will also be able to enjoy freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, rolls, salads, poke bowls, and desserts made to order.
