PortMiami is gearing up to host seven new cruise ships throughout 2025, featuring both brand-new vessels and ships making their first call at the port.

The lineup began with the arrival of MSC World America and Norwegian Aqua, both of which docked in South Florida shortly after completing their construction.

MSC World America, part of MSC Cruises’ World Class series, made its Miami debut in early April and began operating a schedule of seven-night Caribbean voyages. These itineraries include visits to MSC’s private island, Ocean Cay Marine Reserve, and are available year-round.

Shortly afterward, Norwegian Aqua arrived following preview events in Europe. The vessel held its naming ceremony in Miami and launched a short cruising season from the port. Currently homeported in Port Canaveral, Norwegian Aqua will return to Miami in October for a series of weeklong Caribbean sailings.

Oceania Cruises is also bringing its newest ship to PortMiami later in the year. After entering service in the Mediterranean, the vessel will relocate to its new homeport by mid-November.

Also making a debut at PortMiami is Brilliant Lady, Virgin Voyages’ latest addition. Scheduled to arrive in mid-October at the V Cruise Terminal, the ship will operate six- to 11-night voyages through the Caribbean and the Bahamas during the 2025-2026 cruise season.

Earlier this year, Celebrity Beyond began sailing from PortMiami as well. Entering year-round service in early May, the ship now departs every Sunday for weeklong cruises to Caribbean destinations.

Additionally, PortMiami is set to welcome Wonder of the Seas and Queen Elizabeth for their inaugural seasons. Wonder of the Seas, a Royal Caribbean vessel, begins offering short Bahamas cruises in August. Meanwhile, Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth will start sailing from Miami in October, featuring extended itineraries to the Caribbean.
