Top Cruise Lines Honored at F&B@Sea 2026 Awards
A number of cruise operators and industry figures have been celebrated at the F\&B\@Sea 2026 Awards, recognizing excellence in onboard food and beverage.
Among the standout winners, Princess Cruises took home Best Restaurant for Makoto Ocean, a venue that continues to attract attention for its premium dining experience at sea.
Sustainability was another major theme this year. National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions received the award for Most Sustainable F\&B Programme, highlighting its commitment to responsible sourcing and environmentally focused operations within expedition cruising.
In the drinks category, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection was awarded Best Beverage Programme, recognized for offering a refined and carefully curated beverage experience across its ultra-luxury fleet.
The awards also recognized individuals making an impact in cruise hospitality. Linken D’Souza of Royal Caribbean International received the F\&B Maverick Award for his contributions to innovation in global food and beverage operations.
Alex Palmeri of Royal Caribbean Group was named Rising Star, acknowledging his growing influence in the beverage sector.
Marisa Christenson from Holland America Line was honored with the Woman of Impact Award, recognizing her leadership and contributions to the development of food and beverage operations.
