Celebrity Solstice to Get New Cabins and Upgrades in 2026

Celebrity Cruises has begun notifying guests booked on Celebrity Solstice sailings from March 2026 onward about upcoming changes to the ship’s stateroom categories and onboard features.
“Early next year, our ship will be going through a revitalization that will renew the look and feel of some of our incredible stateroom offerings and reimagine amazing spaces and venues onboard,” the cruise line shared in a message sent to affected passengers.
The statement explained that some stateroom categories will be upgraded during the refurbishment process. As part of this change, select guests who reserved Concierge Class accommodations will be moved to AquaClass cabins.
“The rate you paid for your current stateroom will remain unchanged, so you can enjoy this upgraded stateroom at no extra cost,” Celebrity told guests in the announcement.
These travelers will also receive the added perks that come with AquaClass, including spa-inspired cabin features such as aromatherapy diffusers, in-room yoga mats, and massaging showerheads.
In addition, AquaClass guests will enjoy complimentary entry to the new Relaxation Lounge at The Spa, providing a tranquil retreat during their voyage.
This marks the first time a Solstice-class ship will undergo enhancements as part of Celebrity Cruises’ $250 million fleet-wide revitalization plan. The Celebrity Solstice, originally launched in 2008, is scheduled to enter drydock in March 2026.
The ship’s transformation won’t be limited to staterooms. According to Celebrity, the refit will introduce eight new experiences, including four never-before-seen venues at sea.
New additions include an upgraded sports bar and arcade called the Celebrity Barcade, and a cabaret-style entertainment space named the Boulevard Lounge.
The popular Lawn Club will be reimagined as Sunset Park, described as a “half-acre outdoor oasis” where guests can enjoy open-air concerts, lawn games, and other outdoor activities.
Dining options are also set to expand. The refreshed Celebrity Solstice will debut Trattoria Rossa, a new Italian specialty venue, and Fine Cut, a steakhouse concept that first appeared on Celebrity’s Edge-class ships.
The 2,850-passenger ship will return from drydock with a revitalized look and a host of new offerings, aiming to deliver a modernized and elevated onboard experience for future guests.
