Chinese container shipping leader COSCO is set to introduce a new service linking key ports in China with Thailand.

The newly established Qinzhou-Thailand Service (QTS) will include stops at Laem Chabang in Thailand, as well as Qinzhou, Nansha, and Shekou in China, returning to Laem Chabang.

This route is designed to complete its circuit every two weeks and will be managed using two Bangkokmax container ships.

The inaugural voyage of this service was launched on April 23, featuring the vessel Olympia, which has a capacity of 1,717 TEU, departing from Laem Chabang.
