Princess Cruises has revealed a revamp of its Premier and Plus packages, with updated offerings set to go on sale starting from today, July 22, 2025, for voyages scheduled in 2026.

The updated packages include expanded benefits such as additional casual dining experiences and new shore excursion credits, giving guests more value and flexibility during their cruise.

“By thoughtfully evolving our packages, we’re ensuring they reflect what our guests truly desire, more flexibility, enhanced culinary experiences and opportunities to explore ashore, all the while retaining the exceptional benefits they’ve come to expect,” said Alfredo Jimenez, Princess’ vice president of onboard revenue.

“Ultimately, it’s about delivering an even more rewarding and personalized vacation experience,” added Jimenez.

According to Princess Cruises, the new pricing for pre-purchased packages will increase slightly. The Princess Premier Package will be priced at $100 per person per day (up from $90), while the Princess Plus Package will cost $65 per person per day (previously $60).

For the newer Sphere Class ships—the Sun Princess and Star Princess—pricing will be set at $105 per person per day for the Premier Package and $70 for the Plus Package.

The cruise line states that these revised packages still offer savings of 50 to 70 percent when compared to purchasing each amenity individually.

Premier Package Updates: The Premier Package now includes a shore excursion credit scaled by voyage length:

  • $100 for sailings of 6–9 days
  • $200 for sailings of 10–20 days
  • $300 for cruises longer than 21 days

In addition to this new benefit, the package continues to include:

  • Unlimited Premier Beverage Package
  • Unlimited casual and specialty dining
  • Four-device Wi-Fi access
  • No fees for OceanNow and room service delivery
  • Unlimited digital professional photos
  • Reserved seating at theater performances
  • Daily crew appreciation

Plus Package Updates: The Plus Package now offers four casual dining meals per voyage, up from two. It still includes:

  • The Plus Beverage Package
  • One-device Wi-Fi
  • Waived fees for OceanNow and room service
  • Daily crew appreciation

Discontinued Perks: Several previous features will no longer be part of either package:

  • Premium desserts
  • Juice bar access
  • Medallion shipping
  • Fitness classes
  • Princess Prizes

These changes aim to better align the packages with passenger preferences while maintaining the value and convenience that Princess Cruises guests have come to enjoy.
