Silversea Introduces New Fitness and Golf Innovations at Sea
Silversea is expanding its onboard offerings with a range of new experiences, including what the company describes as two cruise industry firsts: an AI driven strength training system and a portable, superyacht level golf simulator, according to a press release.
The line said it is the first to roll out amp, an AI powered strength device now available in the Silver Spirit’s Fitness Center and scheduled for installation on all classic Silversea ships in 2026.
Also debuting in December 2025 aboard the Silver Dawn is SeaDrivePro by Off the Deck, a fully portable golf entertainment platform featuring real time performance analytics and instruction from visiting golf professionals.
“Our guests expect extraordinary, rarely available experiences, and we’re focused on delivering just that,” said Bert Hernandez, president of Silversea.
“With these new onboard enhancements, we’re elevating our offering to further rival the world’s finest resorts and private clubs, all while giving our guests a unique look at the world.”
Silversea is also broadening its daytime activities. New additions coming to the fleet include:
- Immersive offerings including silent discos and moonlight movie screenings
- Pickleball courts and putting greens, beginning with Silver Muse later this year
- Expanded lectures on regional culture and history
- New wellness oriented menu options like wellness shots and fresh pressed juices
- Creative workshops such as artisanal bread making, painting and mixology
