True Crime Cruise Aboard Norwegian Joy Cancelled

A themed cruise centered on true crime, scheduled to sail on the Norwegian Joy in early 2026, has been officially cancelled.
Originally set to depart PortMiami on January 26, 2026, the “Exhibit C: A True Crime Cruise” was organized by Sixthman in collaboration with Wondery. The cancellation was confirmed through the event’s official website, which now displays an advisory notice.
“Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the ‘Exhibit C: A True Crime Cruise’ has been cancelled,” the statement reads.
“We greatly appreciate this community and the true crime fans that make Exhibit C so special,” the organizers added, noting that they “hope to reimagine this experience at a later date.”
According to the website, payments made directly to Sixthman will be automatically refunded to the original payment method, while any external travel bookings must be handled separately with providers.
The four-night themed voyage was originally planned to include a call in Nassau, Bahamas, and feature a program of crime-related activities such as podcasts, panel discussions, live presentations, jury-style games, self-defense classes, and themed parties.
The lineup had been set to include special guests like John and Callahan Walsh, co-hosts of America’s Most Wanted, alongside podcasters and experts in fields such as forensics, law enforcement, crime scene analysis, and body language.
With the cancellation, the Norwegian Joy will now operate a standard four-night cruise to the Bahamas. The itinerary includes visits to Nassau and Norwegian Cruise Line’s private island, Great Stirrup Cay.
Currently sailing in Alaska, the Norwegian Joy is scheduled to reposition for the 2025-26 winter season, offering cruises from both Port Canaveral and Miami.
