Carnival Cruise Line is set to roll out its new dining room menu to more ships across the fleet in the coming weeks, according to an announcement from Brand Ambassador John Heald.

In a post on social media, Heald revealed that three additional vessels will begin serving the updated menu in their main dining rooms through early July.

Carnival Celebration will be the next ship to introduce the new offerings, with the rollout scheduled for June 7, 2026. Carnival Venezia will follow on June 18, 2026, while Carnival Dream is set to launch the menu on July 5, 2026.

Heald explained that the menu remains in a testing period, with the cruise line continuing to gather guest feedback before deciding on any future adjustments or additions.

Once the latest ships are added, a total of 14 vessels across Carnival’s fleet will feature the new menu, which first launched aboard Carnival Magic in January. According to Heald, ships already serving the updated selections include Mardi Gras, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Sunshine, Carnival Liberty and Carnival Jubilee.

More recently, Carnival Pride, Carnival Spirit, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Vista and Carnival Miracle have also introduced the revised menu.

Heald said guest reactions have been largely positive, adding that the menu became one of the standout features of his annual FFS Cruise, which recently took place aboard Carnival Spirit. He also praised the cruise line’s culinary team for creating an extensive dining experience while working within strict financial constraints.

Just my admiration for the culinary team who have a budget per passenger to work with, and if you knew that budget and what they manage to cook up for thousands of people each week, you would be gobsmacked,” he stated.

One of the most talked-about additions to the menu is the Beef Wellington, described as “a filet of beef with mushroom pâté wrapped in puff pastry and baked to perfection.”
