Azamara Cruises has rolled out a new pre-cruise reservations program that lets travelers book dining and spa services before they board.

“True hospitality begins before a guest even steps onboard,” said Simon Blacoe, vice president of hotel operations at Azamara Cruises.

“Our guests told us they wanted more flexibility in planning their dining experiences, and this new pre-cruise reservations program delivers exactly that, giving them more time to anticipate their voyage and less to worry about once they’re onboard,” Blacoe added.

“Every enhancement we make is guided by guest feedback. This is another step toward ensuring that, from the moment a customer books, they feel completely taken care of.”

According to a press release, guests with confirmed sailings can now pre-book specialty dining at:

Prime C, the line’s signature steakhouse
Aqualina, featuring upscale Italian dishes
Chef’s Table, a six course, wine paired dining event

Dining reservations can be made through travel advisors, Azamara’s call center, or Azamara.com. The booking window opens 150 days before departure for suite guests and Azamara Circle loyalty members at Discoverer level and above, and 140 days before for all other guests. This window applies only to dining.

Spa bookings follow a different timeline. Guests may reserve treatments up to 12 months before departure through travel advisors and the call center. Spa reservations will also become available online in early 2026. Loyalty discounts for eligible Azamara Circle members will now be applied automatically. All bookings close seven days prior to sailing.

These updates are part of Azamara’s wider effort to streamline the customer experience. The company has also upgraded its digital tools, allowing guests to access and manage their bookings directly on Azamara.com, add shore excursions or onboard items, and use onboard credit during checkout.

Travelers can now choose their preferred stateroom at the time of booking or switch to another available room afterwards.

Azamara said the new reservation program will be introduced fleetwide in phases beginning December 1, 2025.
