Carnival Cruise Line is expanding its breakfast offerings with freshly made pastries, according to Brand Ambassador John Heald.

In a recent social media update, Heald revealed that 11 ships are now serving made-to-order donuts, beignets, and churros for a small additional cost.

Guests can select two or five donuts for $4 or $8, with a variety of fillings and toppings such as powdered sugar, Boston cream, and chocolate sauce. A serving of four New Orleans-style beignets is priced at $3.50. For churro lovers, options include five pieces for $3 or ten pieces for $5, dusted with cinnamon sugar.

A breakfast combo is also available, featuring two donuts and four beignets for $7.

Heald confirmed that the rollout will continue over the next few weeks until all of Carnival’s North American ships carry the new pastry program.

Ships already offering the items include Mardi Gras, Vista, Horizon, Panorama, Jubilee, Celebration, Firenze, Venezia, Magic, Dream, and Breeze. Depending on the ship, the pastries are served in venues such as Street Eats, Sweet Spot, or the Seafood Shack.

Passengers can find full details on availability and locations through the HUB App or Carnival’s Funtimes newsletter while onboard.
