Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have introduced a new global leadership structure following the appointment of Wesley D’Silva as president of Regent Seven Seas, a role he officially assumed on March 2.

Under the updated structure, D’Silva will report to Jason Montague, who will continue serving as chief luxury officer for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

In a joint statement, the cruise lines said the reorganization is intended to enhance support for travel advisors worldwide while also taking advantage of the growing demand for luxury and ultra luxury cruise experiences.

“This strengthened leadership structure positions us to accelerate our strategic plans to take both brands to new heights and support our Travel Advisor community with even greater focus,” said Montague.

“Travel Advisors are integral to our success, and these organizational changes reflect our unwavering commitment to creating even more opportunity within the luxury and ultraluxury cruise segments.”

The companies also announced the appointment of Nathan Hickman and Shawn Tubman as chief sales officers for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, respectively.

In these positions, Hickman and Tubman will be responsible for global sales performance, engagement with travel advisors, and commercial development across all regions. Hickman will report directly to Montague, while Tubman will report to D’Silva. To align commercial operations worldwide, both the North American domestic sales teams and international sales teams will report to Hickman and Tubman.

Several regional sales leaders will report to both chief sales officers across the two brands. These include Paul Beale, vice president of sales for the UK and Ireland; Gabriella Fonzo, senior director of sales for Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; Lisa Pile, vice president of sales and general manager for APAC; and Frank Medina, vice president of sales for LATAM and Brazil.

At Oceania Cruises, Brennan Quesnele, senior vice president of North America sales and trade marketing, will report exclusively to Hickman.

Within Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Jerod Evans, vice president of North America sales, and Melaine Diaz, vice president of sales strategy and trade marketing, will report directly to Tubman.

In addition, Steve Odel, a longtime senior commercial executive at the company, will move into a new ambassador position that will support both cruise brands.
