Carnival Dream Returns to Galveston After Marseille Drydock
CarnivalDream is set to return to its homeport in Galveston after completing a 16-day drydock in Marseille, the company confirmed in a statement. The ship is expected to arrive on April 5 following a transatlantic voyage from Barcelona, which includes stops in Alicante, Málaga, and Gibraltar.
During the drydock, several onboard areas were updated. Retail spaces, including Effy Jewelry, were refreshed, while the casino received a redesign with a new layout.
New additions include Dreams Studio, where guests can take professional photographs, and a Carnival Adventures Store, offering a dedicated space to book shore excursions.
After returning to Galveston, Carnival Dream will resume its regular program of short cruises to The Bahamas and the Western Caribbean, including visits to Celebration Key on Grand Bahama.
