Cunard Expands 2026 Ship Visit Program for Agents
Cunard has announced an expanded schedule of ship visits and familiarization trips for travel agent partners in 2026, according to a company press release.
The cruise line said it plans to double the number of opportunities compared to 2025, allowing more agents to gain first-hand experience of its fleet.
As part of the enhanced program, over 900 travel agent partners will be invited throughout the year to attend guided ship tours and hosted lunches, offering deeper insight into Cunard’s operations and onboard experience.
“We know that giving our partners the opportunity to truly immerse themselves in the unique Cunard experience is vital, so they can confidently bring our ships, service and sense of occasion to life for their customers,” said Iain Baillie, AVP UK & EMEA Sales at Cunard.
“By expanding our ship visits and familiarization program in 2026, we’re investing in meaningful, first-hand experiences that empower our travel agent partners to tell the iconic Cunard story with authenticity and passion.”
The first round of four dedicated ship visits will take place between May and July in Southampton and Liverpool. Agents will have the chance to tour QueenMary2 and Cunard’s newest vessel, Queen Anne, which began its 110-day world cruise earlier this year. Queen Mary 2 will be open for visits in Southampton on May 15, June 26, and July 17. Queen Anne will host agents in Liverpool on June 17.
Cunard also confirmed that its 2026 familiarization program will accommodate more travel agent partners than in the previous year. Three trips are scheduled to depart from Southampton between May and November, with more than 100 trade partners expected to participate.
The confirmed voyages include:
May 15 – 22: Queen Mary 2; Norwegian Fjords (M611N)
November 7 – 11: Queen Victoria; Zeebrugge and Cherbourg (V622)
November 25 – 29: Queen Anne; Rotterdam (H630)
Travel agents can sign up for ship visits and fam trips through Shine Rewards Club, Cunard’s loyalty program for trade partners.
