Holland America Expands Offerings for 2027 Alaska Cruisetours

Holland America Line has announced upgrades to its 2027 Cruisetour program, giving guests more options when combining an Alaska cruise with an overland adventure to Denali National Park and Canada’s Yukon.

The upcoming season features a larger Denali Lodge and a new inclusive dining plan available to travelers who book through the Have It All Early Booking Bonus. In total, guests can choose from 19 Cruisetour itineraries.

“Guests want an inclusive experience and the seamless convenience of cruising carried through their entire journey; this free meal plan delivers that all the way to Denali,” said Dan Rough, vice president of revenue management.

“Because Holland America Line owns lodges, railcars and motorcoaches, and now includes meals, we can create a truly unified experience that takes the guesswork out of travel and lets guests simply savor the journey,” added Rough.

The company noted in a press release that its Alaska Cruisetours include travel through Denali National Park paired with a three- to seven-day cruise on the Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Westerdam or Zaandam.

In celebration of the Denali Lodge expansion and Holland America Line’s 80 years of operating in Alaska, the cruise line is offering a complimentary Cruisetour dining plan for guests who book using the Early Booking Bonus.

Highlighted Cruisetour options include:

• Classic Alaska and Denali Cruisetours with nine- to 10-day itineraries
• Signature Alaska and Denali Cruisetours, featuring more time at Denali Lodge and a seven-day Glacier Discovery sailing, with itineraries lasting 10-12 days
• Ultimate Alaska and Denali Cruisetours, which include a tour director, a visit to an Alaskan town, and a seven-day Glacier Discovery cruise within a 14-day itinerary
• Alaska, Denali and Yukon Cruisetours, combining escorted sightseeing in Denali with exploration of the remote Yukon Territory. These itineraries range from nine to 17 days and include either a seven-day Glacier Discovery cruise or a three- or four-day Inside Passage cruise

Holland America Line added that for a limited period, guests who book 2027 Cruisetours through the Have It All Early Booking Bonus will receive a free dining package covering the land portion of their trip, valued at up to $829.

All standard package benefits apply, and travelers can also take advantage of the Mariner Society Early Booking Bonus.
