Margaritaville at Sea is launching High Tide Market, a new casual dining food hall set to debut on the Paradise in January 2026.

According to the company, the venue represents an upgraded take on the traditional buffet, offering more variety, a livelier atmosphere and a modernized dining experience. The rollout reflects Margaritaville at Sea’s effort to respond quickly to guest feedback.

High Tide Market will showcase a mix of returning favorites and new concepts, including:

  • Frank & Lola’s Pizzeria, coming back with its signature stone baked pizzas
  • Slice of Paradise Desserts, an all new dessert bar offering indulgent treats
  • Mexican Cutie Cantina, featuring build your own tacos, bowls and island inspired dishes
  • License to Chill Sandwich Shack, serving sandwiches and classic beach style bites

After its initial launch on the Paradise, High Tide Market will also open aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber, with a further upgraded version planned for the Islander in 2027. The company noted that this is one of its largest coordinated dining enhancements so far.

Alongside the new food hall, the Paradise recently announced updated itineraries beginning in 2026. These include new weekday four night and weekend three night sailings that visit Nassau, Key West and Freeport.
