V.Group Acquires Njord Fuel Efficiency Platform

V.Group has acquired Njord, the maritime fuel efficiency and decarbonization platform established by Maersk Tankers, in a deal for an undisclosed amount.

Following the acquisition, Njord will continue to operate under its existing brand while being integrated into V.Group’s broader range of services within V.Services. Frederik Pind will remain in his role as managing director of Njord, with the platform’s leadership structure unchanged.
