Holland America Line has surpassed its previous Black Friday weekend sales record in the United States, reporting 19 percent more bookings than its earlier high set in 2023 for the same Black Friday–to–Cyber Monday period.

“This holiday season, we are seeing guests prioritize the experience itself in booking travel, looking for leisurely vacations that build connections and create shared memories,” said Beth Bodensteiner, president of Holland America Line.

“Breaking Black Friday records again tells us people value the carefully crafted journeys we create and the award-winning ‘best service’ at sea we deliver,” she added.

The company noted particularly strong demand from travelers planning Alaska vacations for summer 2026, including both cruise-only options and Alaska Cruisetours that pair a voyage with an overland visit to Denali National Park.

Guests also booked sailings ranging from last-minute Caribbean departures this month to long-term plans such as South America itineraries in 2028.

Holland America’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions run through December 4, offering up to 30 percent off cruise fares and a $25 deposit.
