Wallenius Wilhelmsen, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, has signed a renewed logistics agreement with a key automotive OEM partner it has worked with for many years.

The newly extended contract will run for three years and is projected to bring in approximately $100 million in revenue. The company, which operates a global fleet of around 125 vessels, highlighted the agreement as a continuation of a longstanding and reliable partnership.

“This solidifies our partnership that has been built over several years of collaboration. We look forward to further fostering the customer relationship,” said Pia Synnerman, chief customer officer at Wallenius Wilhelmsen.

As part of the agreement, the company will maintain its comprehensive factory vehicle processing operations. These include end-of-line inspections, installing accessories, managing rail loading, and overseeing yard logistics.

This announcement comes shortly after the company secured another significant deal last month—a separate three-year shipping contract with a prominent global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, estimated to be worth around $140 million.
