Carnival Cruise Line has revealed its next phase of itineraries for the 2027–2028 season, featuring the Carnival Sunrise sailing a mix of four- to six-day voyages from PortMiami.

Beginning May 6, 2027, the ship will continue its short-cruise schedule to The Bahamas, with many sailings visiting Carnival’s private destinations, Celebration Key and RelaxAway, as well as Half Moon Cay. Several itineraries will also include stops in Nassau.

In addition to these routes, the Carnival Sunrise will operate two special six-day holiday cruises in 2027. The Thanksgiving voyage, departing November 22, will call at Celebration Key, Grand Cayman, and Montego Bay, Jamaica. The Christmas cruise, departing December 20, will visit Celebration Key, Amber Cove in the Dominican Republic, and Grand Turk in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

“Miami has long been a premier departure point for Carnival guests,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line. “With Celebration Key and RelaxAway now part of our 2027/28 sailings, guests can create two of the premier beach destinations in the Caribbean while enjoying some of The Bahamas’ most beautiful destinations.”

Sailing through spring 2028, the Carnival Sunrise is expected to complete over 70 cruises, offering guests a range of tropical getaways from South Florida.
